As a child in the early 70’s, I was inspired by Brian Johnson, Keith Wilson, Rudi Gernreich and the Italian designs I saw showcased in my favorite science fiction show SPACE: 1999.  A few years later with STAR WARS and ALIEN, I was again captivated by the production design of Ron Cobb, Syd Mead, John Mollo, and Ralph McQuarrie. But then I wanted to know how it was all made!

I have designed for the stage, screen and home.  I am equally comfortable with pencil, paper and foamcore as I am with computer models.
